Albertus Magnus College, New Haven, CT

Take I-91 South to Exit 3 (Trumbull Street).
Proceed to 4th light and turn right onto Prospect Street.
Proceed to 4th light and turn left onto Huntington Street.
Pool is on the right at the end of the block.

Cheshire Community Pool, Cheshire, CT

Route 691 exit 3. Going east, take right at exit light onto Route 10 South. Going west, take left at exit light onto Route 10 South. Drive approximately 3.6 miles to intersection of Route 68/70 West. Continue straight another .8 miles on Route 10 South. Cheshire High School will be on the right. Take a left at the light at the High School into Bartlem Park. The pool is under the bubble at the end of the parking lot.

I-84 East exit 26. Follow signs for Route 70 East towards Cheshire. Drive for approximately 2.3 miles to intersection of 68 West. Stay on Route 68/70 East and drive another 1.4 miles to the intersection of Route 10 South. Take right at light onto Route 10 South -- which for .2 miles is also Route 68/70 East. Continue on Route 10 South for another .8 miles. Cheshire High School will be on the right. Take a left at the light at the High School into Bartlem Park. The pool is under the bubble at the end of the parking lot.

I-91 exit 15. Going north, take left at exit light onto Route 68 West. Going south, take right at exit light onto Route 68 West. Drive about 6 miles on Route 68. At the intersection of Route 70 West, take a left on Route 70 West. Drive for approximately 1.2 miles and take a left at light onto Route 10 South. Pool is about .8 miles south on Route 10. Cheshire High School will be on the right. Take a left at the light at the High School into Bartlem Park. The pool is under the bubble at the end of the parking lot.

Connecticut College, New London, CT

Take I-95 North to Exit 83. Take a left at the light at the end of the exit. Go to the next light and turn right past the entrance to the US Coast Guard Academy on to Rt 32 North. Turn right at the third light. You will see a sign for the Charles B. Luce Field House / Dayton Arena Natatorium parking area. 

Darien YMCA, Darien, CT

Take I-95 South to Exit 10.
Turn left onto Noroton Ave.
Turn right onto Rt. 1, Post Road.
Follow the Post Road and the Darien YMCA will be on the left.

East Hartford High School, East Hartford, CT

Take Rt. I-84 East to Exit 58 (Roberts Street).
Bear right on the exit ramp and follow the signs to Silver Lane.
Turn left onto Silver Lane.
At the 5th light turn right onto Forbes Street.
The school is on the right.

Hopkins School, New Haven, CT

Take Rt. 15 South to Rt. 34 (Derby Tpke) East for 2 1/2 miles.
Turn left onto Rt. 122 (Forest Rd.).
Hopkins is on the left after approximately 1/2 mile.
To get to the pool, go up the long stairway and in the door to the left.


Hotchkiss School - Mars Athletic Center, Lakeville, CT

Take Rt 8 North to exit 44, Torrington exit, Rt 202/Rt 4. Go straight through 1st light to 2nd light (50 yards).
Turn left onto Rt 4. Follow Rt 4 to the circle in Goshen (6.5 miles).
Go straight through Goshen Circle on Rt 4 until you reach a stop sign at the bottom of hill, Mohawk Mountain (4.7 miles).
Go straight through the stop sign onto Rt 128 to West Cornwall Bridge (4 miles).
Go through the covered bridge and bear right (the bridge is one direction at a time so watch for oncoming traffic).
Hotchkiss is about 10 minutes from the covered bridge. Turn right onto Rt 7, towards Lime Rock (4.4 miles).
Bear left onto Rt 112 W, still towards Lime Rock (4 miles).
Just after baseball field on right, turn right into the Hotchkiss Athletic Complex on right before the blinking light.

If you get to the blinking light at the main intersection, you missed the Athletic Center parking.

After parking, walk down the stairs and turn left into the Mars Athletic Center.  Go through 2 sets of doors.  The locker rooms are downstairs.  The pool is through the doors on the right, next to the School Athletic Store. 

Marist College, Poughkeepsie, NY

Take I-84 West to exit 13 (Route 9).
Go North on Route 9.
Marist College is located approximately 15 miles north on the left side of Route 9.

New Canaan YMCA, New Canaan, CT

Take Route 15 South (Merritt Parkway) to exit 37; make a left off the exit ramp and head north on South Ave. (RT 124)
Follow this road for about 1/2 mile. The YMCA is on the right; swimmers may be dropped off at the YMCA, but
all swim meet parking will be at the Saxe Middle School located adjacent to the YMCA.

North Haven Town Pool, North Haven, CT

Take Rt. 10 South into Hamden.
Turn right onto the Route 10 Connector.
Take the Bailey Road exit.
At the end of the exit ramp turn left onto Elm Street.
The pool is on the right

Platt High School, Meriden, CT

Local:
Take Academy Rd. to Route 70 heading toward Meriden.
Turn left onto Oregon Road in Meriden and go over the bridge.
Go one mile to the high school.
Turn into the parking lot just before the light.
The pool is in the side door.

Alternate:
Take I-691 to Exit 4 (Rt. 322).
At end of exit ramp turn left onto Rt. 322.
Go 1.8 miles to Centennial Avenue.
Turn right onto Centennial Avenue (just past Centennial Plaza).
Centennial Avenue becomes Oregon Road after 1st light. Platt High School is 1/4 mile on the left.

Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU), New Haven, CT

From New York: I-95, Exit 44 (Kimberly Avenue, Route 10). Turn right at the end of the exit onto Kimberly Avenue, then left at the stoplight onto Ella Grasso Boulevard, Route 10. Ella Grasso Boulevard ends at Crescent Street, near the south entrance to the campus.

From New York: Merritt-Wilbur Cross Parkway, Exit 59 (Whalley Avenue). Head south on Whalley Avenue, turn left onto Fitch Street, which bisects the campus.

From New London: I-95, Exit 45 (Ella Grasso Boulevard, Route 10). Follow Ella Grasso Boulevard north. Ella Grasso Boulevard ends at Crescent Street, near the south entrance to the campus.

From Hartford: Wilbur Cross Parkway, Exit 60 at Dixwell Avenue. Head south on Dixwell Avenue to Arch Street. Turn right at Arch Street and left at Fitch Street, which bisects the campus.

Valley Shore YMCA
201 Spencer Plains Road, Westbrook, CT

Take I-91 South to I-95 North toward New London, Take Exit #65(CT-153) towards Westbrook
Turn left on Essex Rd(CT-153) then go approximately ½ mile. Turn right on Spencer Plains Rd(CT-166)
Go approximately ½ mile, turn right into Valley Shore YMCA in Westbrook.

Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT

From I-91 or the Merritt Pkwy. follow signs to 66 East (initially 691).
Proceed approximately 15 minutes to Middletown.
At Rt. 72 (Vine Street) turn right and proceed to the end at Church St.
Turn right and look for street parking. The pool is just ahead on the left hand side.
Please note that parking on the street directly across from the Athletic Center is not allowed.
There is a parking lot next to the tennis courts on the side street across from the center.

Wilton YMCA, Wilton, CT

Take Merritt Parkway South to Exit 41 (Wilton, Rt. 33).
Turn left at the end of the exit onto Rt. 33.
Follow Rt. 33 and it will become Rt. 7.
The YMCA is on the right across from the high school.

Yale University, New Haven, CT

Take Merritt Parkway to Exit 59.
Turn right at end of ramp and head south on Whitney Ave. for approximately 3 miles.
Turn left onto York.
Turn left at 1st light. Pool is at end of block. Parking is immediately on the right.

From I-91 South.
Take Exit 3 - Trumbull Street.
Continue to the end of Trumbull Street to the fourth traffic light.
Turn left onto Prospect Street and continue for one block.
At light take a right onto Grove Street (turns into Tower Parkway).
Go approximately 1/2 mile and when road bends to the left; Payne Whitney Gymnasium is the
9-story building in front of you.
